Development and Reward
On top of our in depth Induction Programme you will also be enrolled in our Progression Programme shadowing our team of Filmmakers, from Senior Camera Operatives to Editors and Researchers.
You will have monthly one to ones with your dedicated Line Manager to discuss progress and ongoing development, as well as 6 monthly appraisals with our Directors and annual pay reviews.
